Few realized, but at the end of the first decade of this century, which was labeled by experts, scientists, climatologists, architects, specialists in Mega Cities, as the Age of Uncertainty, the Age of Terror, the Age of Greed , the Age of Immediacy, the Age of the degradation and devastation of the environment, the Age of Drugs and violence in every city in the world, not to mention the chaos that befell the European Union countries and the USA in Your Save today and live the greatest difficulties with the Fiscal Crisis, Unemployment, Crisis Foreign Exchange and intolerance Racial, Religious and immigration.

Major newspapers and networks televisions around the world, showed a retrospective of 2010, where environmental tragedies such as tornadoes, earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, fires, droughts in Russia and Asia, defrosting the poles, North and South were the more evolved, and even forming a new conduit between Asia and the West with the melting of the Greenland Glacier Peterman, reducing travel 5700 miles, but tragic for the cities we live in relation to sea level, that was the year 2010 the warmest year in human history.

Even with all these tragedies there was no understanding or positive actions by governments that can do little or nothing to reduce global warming or climate change, for 2 Mega UN Conferences, a Biodiversity in Nagoya in Japan and another in the Climate Cancun, Mexico, ended with a failure, as cited in the Lord Nicholas Stern, the inaction of the Rulers.

So for 2011 we are proposing to the world with a project called "The Awakening of Consciousness" where we will educate the 6.8 billion human beings, Peace, Health, Technology and Sustainability, only then can we say that we come out of a stage where the human being has always been the antagonist of the Environment, to be protagonist of a New World, for this and future generations.

For this we have the great James Camerom Director that is supporting our cause and that will be the year 2011, we will work with him, whose design will become a great documentary and billions of books will be written, sold, distributed in all schools, World Universities, organized institutions, and count on the 500 largest companies in the world, especially those who have in the Era of Knowledge and Information and preoccupation with sustainability.

It follows the great director's response to knowing you all, we must raise our heads and our voices in favor of a world that is geared towards equilibrium and Planetary Sustainability, which will in 2011, the Awakening of Consciousness.

Como sendo esta a ultima mensagem que envio as suas mentes e seus coraçoes,em 2010, para agradecer a grande amizade que nos une ha muito tempo, entao resolvi dizer o porque estamos nisso tudo, e porque o ano de 2011 sera decisivo para toda humanidade, ja que pela Teoria da Civilizaçao Maia, tudo se acabará em 2012, se nada for feito, entao como 2010, foi o ano mais triste da historia da humanidade pelas catastrofes que se abateram sobre todos nos, claro que muitos de voces nao foram afetados, mas pudemos ver pelaos jornais, televisoes, retrospectivas, enfim parece que isso foi o sinal que temos que fazer algo, a Natureza pede Socorro, o homem deixara de ser antagonista para er o protagonista dessa mudança na consciencia.

Eu nao poderia sair por ai gritando , me ajudem, temos que agir, entao trabalhei em Silencio desde o dia 30.11.10, e esse silencio é quebrado agora, com aquele que ira nos ajudar em 2011, claro primeiro ao nosso Deus que nos garante a Vida pela Agua e pelo Oxigenio que respiramos, mas de um Ser Humano que em 2009, arrastou multidoes para os cinemas, espacos culturais, onde seu filme foi o que mais arrecadou na historia do Cinema foram US$ 2,8 bilhoes, e foi baixado 11 milhoes de downloads pela Internet, nada mais nada menos que o grande James Camerom, tenho um contato direto com ele, estamos negociando quando iremos para os uSA, e a propriedade intelectual, mas nao se assustem voces nao ficarao sem o meu convite para se juntarem a nos, porque ao longo de 2010, estivemos juntos e será agora em 2011, o tempo do Despertar da Consciencia, que voces serao meus convidados.

Poucos se deram conta, mas chegamos ao fim da primeira década do Seculo XXI, onde foi rotulada pelos especialistas, cientistas, climatologistas, arquitetos, urbanistas, especialistas em Mega Cidades, como a Era das Incertezas, a Era do Terror, a Era da Ganancia, a Era do Imediatismo, a Era da Degradaçao e Devastaçao do Meio Ambiente, a Era das Drogas e da Violencia Urbana em todas as cidades do mundo, sem falarmos no Caos que se abateu sobre os Paises da Uniao Europeia e dos USA, nas Suas Economias e hoje vivem as maiores dificuldades com as Crises Fiscais,Desemprego, Crises Cambiais e as Intolerancias Raciais, Religiosas e Imigratorias.

Os grandes Jornais e as Redes de Televisoes de todo mundo, mostraram a retrospectiva de 2010, onde as tragedias Ambientais como Tornados, Terremotos, Tsunamis, Furacoes, Incendios, Secas na Russia e na Asia, Degelo nos Polos, Norte e Sul foram os que mais evoluiram, chegando mesmo a formar o novo Canal de ligaçao entre a Asia e o Ocidente com o derretimento da Geleira Peterman na Groelandia, reduzindo a viagem em 5,7 mil kilometros, porem tragico para as cidades que vivem em relaçao ao nivel do mar, que teve no ano 2010 o ano mais quente da historia da humanidade.

Mesmo com todas essas tragedias nao houve entendimento ou açoes positivas por parte dos governantes que pouco ou nada conseguem fazer para reduzir o Aquecimento Global ou as Mudanças Climaticas, pois 2 Mega Conferencias da ONU, uma da Biodiversidade em Nagoia no Japao e outra pelo Clima em Cancun no Mexico, terminaram com um grande fracasso, como cita o Lord Nicholas Stern, pela Inaçao dos Governantes.

Entao para 2011, estamos propondo ao mundo um projeto com o nome de " O Despertar da Consciencia", onde iremos Educar os 6,8 Bilhoes de Seres Humanos, para a Paz, Saude, Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade, somente assim poderemos dizer que sairemos de um estagio onde o Ser Humano sempre foi o Antagonista do Meio Ambiente, para ser Protagonista de um Novo Mundo, para esta e as geraçoes futuras.

Para isso iremos contar com o grande Diretor James Camerom que está apoiando nossa causa e de que será no ano 2011, que iremos trabalhar com ele, cujo projeto ira virar um grande documentario e bilhoes de livros serao escritos , vendidos, distribuidos em todas Escolas, Universidades do Mundo, Instituiçoes Organizadas, e contaremos com as 500 maiores Empresas do Mundo, principalmente as que tem na Era do Conhecimento e da Informaçao e preocupaçao com a Sustentabilidade.

The entire world saw last October the rescue of 33 miners who were buried in Chile for 69 days, they were save mainly by water and oxygen that guaranteed their lives. Now we came to the moment to bring with our Capsules of Humane Actions from bellow the Earth, a Planetary Conscience, Peace, Health, Technology and Sustainability which are buried and must be save, and will be by the will of 6,8 billions humane beings who will help us in the long journey; Join us; time is come.

We will count also with the Chairmen of the 500 world wide Companies who will join us for the Planetary Sustainability, where their products will have as the major benefit for the consumers the trace down of the Sustainability. For this, we have in our favor 2,5 billions of people who possesses wealth and will become supporting consumers for the 500 world wide Companies.

We are living in the Knowledge and Information Era, we will count with news papers, TV Broadcasting Companies, Magazines all around the world, Social Nets, Google, Facebook, Orkut, YouTube, Twitter, Wikipedia, all connected to the World Web, in order to show that by the social nets we may reach minds and hearts of all who are willing to live in the Earth Planet; and put to work our project “THE AWAKENING of the COSNCIENCE” as the only form to change the course and the destiny of the mankind.

Singers, Artists, Movies Studios and Sound Industry will join us for they will have their rights on CDs and DVDs back, that will be commercialized all around the world, and 10% will be given to our cause as royalties, in order to implant Sustentation Schools in all five Continents, with Education for Peace, Health, Technology (e Sustentabilidade). Nevertheless, for this it is needed the support of the 500 greatest Companies of the Planet, decisive to put working the Great Project that is the Balance and - SUSTAINABILITY-.

Inicialmente, queremos parabeniza-los pelo Site do Governo de La Republica de Chile principalmente por estar conectado com todos os Ministerios, Cidades, Sociedade Civil, Meio de Comunicaçao e a populaçao e suas comunidades para ajudar nas açoes dos Servicos Publicos, bem como na Cooperacao com o Meio Ambiente e a Qualidade de Vida de sua Populaçao desse importante Pais que é o Chile.

Dr. Pinera, isso não é uma coincidencia, mas sim a Sincronicidade, pudemos ver no site da Presidencia do Governo Chileno que existem muitas Açoes voltadas para o Meio Ambiente, Saude e Qualidade de Vida, e agora o Projeto Start-Up Chile, porem vivemos os momentos mais dificeis da Historia da Humanidade com relaçao ao Aquecimento Global e as Mudanças Climaticas, e foi participando aqui em Curitiba, que pudemos ver onde os Governantes podem ajudar a combater essas duas causas que lamentavelmente prejudicam em muito a qualidade de vida tambem nas grandes cidades, pela falta de consciencia, falta de educaçao principalmente com relaçao ao Meio Ambiente e a Sustentabilidade.

Sr. Presidente, sou um Ecologista que participei do trabalho a Fundacao do Comandante Jacquez Cousteau durante a Eco 92 aqui no Brasil, de quem recebi um Diploma pelos servicos prestados na epoca. Posteriormente nos tornamos um dos 1.000 multiplicadores da causa do Dr.Al Gore, que luta contra o Aquecimento Global, e posteriormente encontrei-me tambem com o Lord Nicholas Stern, formulador do Relatorio Stern, junto a ONU, e Banco Mundial e que tambem luta contra As Mudancas Climaticas, tambem viramos um multiplicador de sua causa junto as Escolas, Publicas, particulares, Universidades, Sociedade Civil Organizada, Governos Municipais, ONGs, onde participei com a minha que tem o nome “ O Despertar da Consciencia”, cujo projeto agora tornou-se a Nivel Mundial, e como hoje no Brasil vivemos uma enorme dificuldade com a Educaçao nas Escolas, temos dificuldade para colocar em pratica por causa da falta de acesso aos Governantes.
