Renowned Columnist, Author and Speaker, Thomas Friedman of The New York Times, has been very happy in his articles, mainly in relation to spring in the Middle East, where the mainly upper-middle class youth, already trained in universities fail in their jobs Areas of training, because the old regimes hindered this, citing the example of Egypt and Tunisia. Inicialmente peço a Deus que lhes de muita Saúde e Forças para que possa Governar nosso querido Brasil pelos próximos 4 anos, onde pudemos sentir pelo Discurso de Posse de V.Excia, irá concentrar os esforços e investimentos principalmente no que diz respeito ao Combate da Pobreza Extrema e Investimentos em Educação principalmente nas Escolas Publicas em nosso Pais. Como essa proposta é longa, vou chamá-la de Sra. Dilma, com isso facilita o nosso contato para que eu possa desenvolver melhor a proposta que temos a faze-la e também ajuda-la no que diz respeito a melhorar a qualidade de vida de todos os 200 milhões de Brasileiros.

Temos acompanhado mais pela Imprensa a respeito de seu Governo que hoje completa 34 dias, porem as noticias são de que está no caminho certo, apesar das enormes dificuldades que já enfrentou com relação à Tragédia no Rio de Janeiro e em São Paulo e Minas, com a enormidade de chuvas que caiu sobre esses Estados, deixando milhares de desabrigados e ceifando a vida de centenas de Brasileiros.

A GRANDE PARCERIA.

Sra. Dilma, entramos então naquilo que poderemos fazer com absoluta exclusividade no Brasil e um projeto que poderemos levar a ONU ao Secretario Geral Ban Ki-Moon, e a Diretora Geral da Unesco em Paris, onde pelo Projeto “O Despertar da Consciência”, educaremos os 6,8 bilhões de Seres Humanos, Educaremos de uma só vez pela Transversalidade na Educação para a Paz, Saúde, Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade, com isso agregaremos nosso projeto ao Social, Econômico, Tecnológico e Ambiental, cujo projeto está pronto para ser colocado em prática e só Deus sabe o porque de tudo isso ele chegará primeiro as Suas Mãos como um Desafio para melhorarmos a Educação, Saúde, Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade do nosso Brasil.

Posso dizer que de imediato poderemos contar com o Apoio de todas as Grandes Empresas, Jornais, Revistas,Televisões,Redes Sociais, Sociedade Civil Organizada, Escolas, Universidades Publicas e Privadas Ongs, Multinacionais, Prefeituras, Estados, Multinacionais como Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola ,Ambev, Braskem, Tetra Pack,Organizações como, CNI, ABIR, ABRE, APRAS, ABIHPEC, ABRAS,FEBRABAN, muitas das Empresas que desenvolvem em seus Institutos as suas Ações Sociais isoladamente, porem com nosso projeto teremos a União de todas, para que possamos colocar em pratica coletivamente, caso especifico das embalagens dessas das Gigantes no Mercado de Cervejas, Refrigerantes,longa Vida e Produção de Plásticos caso da Braskem e que podem ajudar em muito na reciclagem, e se for do seu parecer poderemos colocar junto com o “PAC da Pobreza”, que será lançado em março no próximo mês. Para isso estou disposto a ir até ai em Brasília e ser recebido por V.Excia, para informarmos como devemos colocar em pratica e integrar todos os seus Ministérios, Empresas Publicas, Privadas, Principalmente as Redes de Supermercados, CNI, e com isso já iniciarmos principalmente pela Reciclagem do Lixo, que será o maior beneficio a todos os Catadores, Coletores, Cooperativas de Reciclagem, que se chamarão pelo nosso Projeto, Recicladores e Amigos do Meio Ambiente, por um Selo Ecológico iremos mudar de uma vez por todas a forma do Ser Humano fazer que cheguem as Cooperativas via Supermercados o material reciclável que numa primeira fase de 50% pela Logística Reversa, deixarão de ir para os lixões e aterros sanitários em todo Brasil, numa segunda fase 90 dias depois chegaremos a 75% e depois 90%, ficando para o lixo úmido e orgânico 10%, como o lixo de cozinha e lixo de banheiro. O mundo inteiro ira acompanhar a entrega do Oscar o documentário Lixo Extraordinário, onde o aterro no Rio de Janeiro é mostrado como uma forma de sobrevivência dos que catam o Lixo, porem em 2012, pelo nosso projeto um grande documentário ira mostrar a importância da Reciclagem no Brasil e no Mundo.

Lamentavelmente temos nos unido e nos solidarizado sempre pela Dor, Tsunamis na Ásia, Katrina, Catarina, Terremotos Afeganistão, Chile, Haiti, deslizamentos no Rio, mas é o tempo agora de nos unirmos pelo Amor a Vida a Biodiversidade, ao respeito às Cidades daí a melhoria da qualidade de vida, esse é o tempo que propomos a V.Excia, o tempo do Despertar da Consciência. Esse projeto poderá ser colocado em pratica de imediato e iremos beneficiar os 5.568 Municípios Brasileiros, reduziremos o valor pago pelo transporte, coleta e deposição nos aterros e lixões a céu aberto em todo Brasil, com a ajuda das Prefeituras, Governos Estaduais,Comunidades e Sociedade Civil Organizada, e em beneficio da geração de Emprego e Renda para os Milhões de Recicladores que em suas Cooperativas terão as orientações e capacitações para a reciclagem.

Segundo dados do MMA, a produção diária de lixo em todas as cidades Brasileiras chegam a 161 mil toneladas, e na sua maioria 60% vão direto para os Lixões, 30% para os aterros sanitários que estão com suas capacidades esgotadas, somente 5% vão para a reciclagem, os Lixeiros e Catadores de papel, serão chamados em nosso Projeto de “Recicladores e Amigos da Natureza”, com isso serão beneficiados com a geração do material reciclável que virão das Fontes, que isso direi diretamente a V.Excia, por motivos de sigilo, será a maior mudança na Consciência do Ser Humano com relação a Reciclagem, e a geração de milhões de Empregos no Brasil e Bilhões em todo mundo. A GRANDE INOVAÇAO PROPOSTA.

Será pelo Selo Ecológico que iremos reciclar numa primeira fase 50% do Lixo Domestico, principalmente nas Grandes Cidades com o envolvimento das Escolas, Multinacionais, Prefeituras e Governos Estaduais, esse Selo Ecológico é a Propriedade Intelectual que falamos.

Temos acompanhado pela imprensa escrita, televisada, internet, a grande dificuldade com a reciclagem do lixo no mundo, onde o ser humano produz diariamente 4.000.000, quatro milhões de toneladas, causando aos governantes um gasto aproximado de US$ 6.000.000.000.00 Trilhões de Dólares, para o serviço de coleta, transporte e deposição, sem falarmos de que o Lixo Urbano Produz o Gás Metano e o Chorume que são 21 vezes mais nocivo para o Aquecimento Global que o CO2, produzido pelos veículos automotores a nível de Brasil citamos as cidades de São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte enfim na maioria das Capitais Brasileiras, e ainda mais quando chove muito como foi no mês de janeiro. Os sacos de lixo são os primeiros a entupir as Bocas de Lobo e Galerias Pluviais, sem falar nas tragédias de alagamentos e inundações nas Residências do mais pobres que aparecem na televisão dizendo que perderam tudo, ficando com a vida e a roupa do corpo. Esse projeto poderemos colocar em pratica de imediato em todo mundo, não quero estar sozinho como autor e sim estar ao seu lado como uma Grande Governante que um dia acreditou em uma Pessoa que pensa como a Senhora como erradicar a Pobreza Extrema, nos pensamos na Salvação do Planeta Terra, porque isso somente será possível se colocarmos em pratica esse projeto.

Como falei somente na Educação para a Sustentabilidade, temos os outros 3 Pilares, Educação para a Paz, onde iremos reduzir os índices de Violência Urbana, principalmente entre os Jovens Brasileiros que serão beneficiados pelo Projeto e irão ter e participar de Cursos Profissionalizantes, Técnicos, Universitários na Era do Conhecimento e da Informação, com isso está incluso também um fim das Pixaçoes, Vandalismos em Locais e Prédios Públicos, fim do Bulling nas Escolas, principalmente nas Escolas Publicas que sofrem também pelo Tráfico de Drogas na Escolas.

No Pilar da Educação para a Saúde, beneficiaremos todos os Brasileiros, principalmente os mais pobres que não tem muito conhecimento a respeito de Saúde e Higiene, e já se sabe que mais de 50% das doenças tropicais ou doenças mais comuns elas entram pela falta de higiene na lavagem das Mãos, isso pudemos constatar aqui no Paraná quando tivemos o problema da Gripe Suína, H1N1, causando pânico em milhões de pessoas. Na Educação para a Tecnologia, teremos os recursos principalmente do FURST, e das Empresas de Iniciativa Privada, onde os computadores serão colocados em todas Escolas Brasileiras e nossos alunos terão acesso a essa fantástica ferramenta que é a Era do Conhecimento e da Informação, está incluso os Esportes em todos os Colégios Públicos Brasileiros, mesmo apesar de sabermos que V.Excia tem que fazer alguns cortes no Orçamento conforme foi mostrado no Jornal Folha de São Paulo de 30.1.11, Caderno Poder A4, como a construção de Quadras de Esporte, Creches e Unidades de Saúde principalmente nas periferias das grandes cidades, posso dizer que com a economia como nos gastos com o Combate a Dengue e outras Doenças Tropicais sobrarão recursos para esses Investimentos.

Senhora Presidenta, sabemos das enormes dificuldades que ira enfrentar porem se colocarmos em pratica esse projeto poderemos levar a qualquer Pais do Mundo como uma forma de contribuirmos para reduzirmos o Aquecimento Global e as Mudanças Climáticas, economizaremos Bilhões de Reais dos Recursos que poderão ser alocados para outros Investimentos, mas para isso preciso estar ai em Brasília para explicar a V.Excia e seus Ministros, em caráter sigiloso para que possamos ter a sua confiança.

Com relação à Propriedade Intelectual que irá reduzir em Bilhões de Reais as despesas, porque o Projeto ajudará tanto os Governantes nos 3 Níveis , Federal, Estadual e Municipal, daí acertaremos a melhor forma de ser remunerado pela minha propriedade intelectual que ira beneficiar de imediato 200 milhões de Brasileiros, e depois colocarmos e nível Mundial para que possamos beneficiar 6,8 bilhões de Seres Humanos a Natureza e a Vida, para isso estou pronto para levar a V.Excia, e ser recebido ai no Palácio do Planalto tendo como exigência o convite para levar minha Secretaria que me auxilia e ajuda na redação dos textos do grande projeto.

Senhora Dilma, um Mega Fórum de Sustentabilidade está marcado para 24 e 26 de março em Manaus, AM, e terão como Palestrantes o Ex .Presidente Bill Clinton, o Ex.Governador da Califórnia e Ator, Arnold Schwarzenegger, e o Bilionário Sir Richard Branson da Virgin Atlantic, que disse que dará um premio de US 25 milhões de dólares para quem apresentar um projeto que possa reduzir em 1 grau Celsius o Aquecimento Global, e nos poderemos ganhar esse premio que transformaremos o premio em Escolas do nosso Projeto em todo mundo sempre com a importância de que a parte pioneira do Projeto foi desenvolvida e Implantada no Brasil, razão pela qual peço a V.Excia que nos coloque como convidados nesse Mega Fórum, cujo projeto poderá ser lançado a nível Mundial em Manaus pela Importância da Floresta e juntos poderemos dizer ao Mundo como cita o Presidente Obama, Yes We Can, nos diremos Sim, nos, podemos agora, que terá o Patrocínio da Iniciativa Privada e Apoio do Governo Federal e do Governo do Amazonas e eles se juntarão a nos pela grande causa.

Albert Einstein, D.C também no seu tempo citou que a Imaginação é mais importante que o Conhecimento, porque ela não tem limites, e de que os grandes Projetos Emergem sempre das Grandes Crises Mundiais, daí aparecem as soluções planetárias que seriam hoje a Inovação pelo nosso projeto O Despertar da Consciência, onde iremos beneficiar o Earth Planet e os 6,8 bilhões de seres humanos, que querem para esta e as gerações futuras um mundo melhor.

Sei que a Senhora já tem recebido muitas cartas assim como recebia o Presidente Lula, mas talvez o maior desafio de sua vida e de sua historia é o de acreditar e dar um voto de confiança ao nosso Projeto que poderá mudar de vez pela Educação nos 4 Pilares o destino de toda humanidade e os rumos para uma Nova Civilização com um Despertar da Consciência.

A TRAGEDIA ANUNCIADA NO JAPAO, MAREMOTO,TSUNAMIS E TERREMOTOS.

A TRAGEDIA NO JAPAO E 23 PAISES DO OCEANO PACIFICO.

Mais uma vez o mundo se solidariza pela Dor, O Papa Bento XVI, sai na Janela do Vaticano e diz que lamenta a tragédia, o Presidente Obama, disse que enviarão navios e aviões com remédios, o Presidente da França disse que irão ajudar na reconstrução, a Primeira Ministra da Alemanha disse que lamenta a tragédia e promete ajuda, o Presidente da China disse que o Povo Chinês estão solidários, o Brasil disse que lamenta pelas vidas perdidas,so que ainda não se recuperaram das Tsunamis de Lama no Rio de Janeiro, A ONU, pede que os Paises ajudem na tragedia, o Banco Mundial, disse que ira liberar recursos. O que os governantes do mundo não dizem é de que algo de grandioso precisa ser feito e nos unirmos pelo Amor a Vida, a Biodiversidade, a Sustentabilidade sem as ganância pelo plantio de milhões de hectares de soja e pastagens a perder de vista no horizonte, em busca das suspostas commodities para exportação.

Aqui não temos terremotos, mas temos a maior degradação da Amazonia, do Pantanal, da Mata Atlântica, do Cerrado da Caatinga, aqui o troco da Natureza será contra a Construção da Usina de Belo Monte, ela não fornecera água para as turbinas e sim barro amarelo que não ira gerar energia.

No Japão, o homem ficou pequeno frente o Maremoto seguido de Tsunamis com ondas de 10 metros de Altura, Terremoto com 8,9 na Escala Richter, que teve a força equivalente a 30.000 bombas atômicas jogada sobre Hiroxima, a Natureza agora não mais aceita tudo passivamente e começa a sua Revolta ou a Vingança contra aquele que nunca quis viver e conviver pacificamente com ela, foi sempre o seu antagonista quando deveria se sim o grande amigo e protagonista.

Esse é um retrato do mundo hoje, onde os jornais, televisões, internet, correm para colocarem no ar o reflexo da tragédia quase sempre anunciada. Com tristeza pelas nossas crianças, gerações futuras e nossas Florestas e nossa Biodiversidade.

Nem mesmo os Jovens Criadores e Fundadores das Redes Sociais como o Twitter, Youtube e o Facebook, tinham noção do bem que estariam fazendo aos jovens do seu tempo na Era do Conhecimento e da Informação que conhecendo essas ferramentas agora partem com tudo para cima dos Maus Governantes, Ditadores, e Concentradores de Poder, que até então os mantinham com promessas e migalhas de uma falsa cidadania. O que vimos no Egito e na Tunísia foi a união dos jovens de classe media alta que também se uniram aos pobres e com isso estão resgatando a Dignidade de todos aqueles que querem verdadeiramente contribuir com seu Pais e seu Povo mas com, Educação,Capacitação e Qualificação Profissional para que todos possam ter as mesmas oportunidades que tem nos Paises Democráticos.

Os ventos da Democracia do Oriente Médio soprarão depois para a América Latina e a Africa, onde os jovens serão chamados e convocados para as Praças com a finalidade de exigirem seus direitos, os Déspotas e Ditadores de Plantão estão com as Barbas de Molho e seus dias contados.

Para a Presidente Dilma, damos um conselho de que ela possa colocar em todas Escolas Publicas do Brasil no Ensino Fundamental e Médio, os Laboratórios de Informática cujos recursos existem no FURST, Fundo de Universalização da Tecnologia que hoje chega aos R$ 8 Bilhões e na gestão anterior foi usada para fazer superávit primário, para que os nossos jovens aqui eles não precisarão irem as Praças exigir e sim nas Salas de Aula, onde hoje na sua maioria só sabem que elas existem porque pagam pela utilização nas Lan Houses instaladas em todo Brasil, desde as grandes cidades até os grotões e nas periferias do nosso Pais que lamentavelmente exclui os nossos jovens da Era da Informação e do Conhecimento.

The entire world saw last October the rescue of 33 miners who were buried in Chile for 69 days, they were save mainly by water and oxygen that guaranteed their lives. Now we came to the moment to bring with our Capsules of Humane Actions from bellow the Earth, a Planetary Conscience, Peace, Health, Technology and Sustainability which are buried and must be save, and will be by the will of 6,8 billions humane beings who will help us in the long journey; Join us; time is come.

We live the most difficult moment in the human history, principally by the Era of the Uncertainnesses, Degradations, Desolation of the Nature and Life, Racial, Religious and Imigratory Intolerances; Financial Crisis, Exchange Wars, world wide Value Inversion in the school by Bulling practice, Defrost in North Pole where an Ocean was grown in the Alaska and now is the sea route for ships from Europe to Asia and vice versa, and delivering many Icebergs, being the largest of them 260 km2 of extent and 2 km deep, which’s clear water could supply USA by four months; Forest Burnings in Russia; Arsons and Destruction in the Amazon Forest in Brazil making drought the rivers which were known as the largest ones in our planet until April 2010; Volcanic Eruption in Iceland provoking complit paralyzation to all air routes from Europe to the rest of the world during more than 30 days; while rulers fight for their Finances the Global Warmth and Clime Variations are dropped to a second plane.

Mais uma vez o Brasil conta seus mortos e os milhares que perderam todos seu bens materiais com as Chuvas de Verao, que ja viraram rotina nos grandes Jornais e Telejornais Brasileiros, as pessoas aparecem chorando e lamentando a perda dos entes queridos que morreram em funçao dos deslizamentos, principalmente no Sudeste Brasileiro. O mais dificil é entendermos que isso ja acontece ha mais de 20 anos e ninguem coloca a mao nas feridas que é a falta de habitaçoes para as familias de baixa renda, eles nao tem acesso aos programas, as prefeituras nao se interessam por conjuntos habitacionais populares, querem mesmo é o IPTU, dos grandes Condominios, para esses os recursos sao elevados, para o povo a burocracia emperra. O Pior de tudo é que combate-se os efeitos e nao as causas, que estao justamente no assoreamento dos rios que recebem todos os dejetos, esgotos sem tratamento, lodo, lamassal e nao sao efetuados a limpeza nos canais e corregos inclusive das montanhas de lixo que ali se acumulam, qualquer chuvinha eles transbordam e invadem as ruas e residencias.

Fica o alerta aos governantes, enquanto isso o Povo pobre sofre e paga a conta, muitos com a propria vida.
