Esses aviões conseguem alcançar uma altitude de 65 mil pés e são movidos a energia solar, tendo autonomia para ficarem 5 anos no ar sem precisar recarregar suas baterias que são alimentadas pela energia solar. Diferente dos outros Drones usados para fins militares nas guerras do Iraque e Afeganistão, esses modelos virão para servir, integrar os povos, espalhar sinal de internet para regiões onde há maiores dificuldades de acesso as novas tecnologias como no continente Africano. 

Seria uma forma de o Facebook ampliar a cobertura digital ao mundo ainda não conectado, e uma grande contribuição ao continente Africano, que poderá receber  os primeiros Drones da Inclusão Digital para propiciar o desenvolvimento de suas Escolas, Universidades e a integração com as comunidades em toda África.

With our project we empower Schools , Universities , organized civil society , especially with regard to Education for Sustainability , we propose to own sponsors of FIFA , so join us and we can leave a legacy of FIFA, as a model for all Brazilian people that is Friendly, Hospitable and Pacific .

Motivo de muito orgulho os Brasileiros que amam o Futebol e agora iremos receber em Junho deste ano a Copa do Mundo de Futebol, que irá também propiciar a alegria para todos os Paises do mundo, já que a FIFA, é formada por aproximadamente 208 Paises, sendo 6 deles a mais que a ONU.

Senhor Blatter, o senhor que tantas vezes já visitou nosso Pais e foi bem recebido aqui tanto quanto o Secretario Geral Jerome Valcke, e serão também sempre bem recebidos também depois dos Jogos do Mundial de Futebol, isso é motivo de orgulho de todos nos os Brasileiros, de tratarmos bem a todos os que nos visitam.

Senhor Blatter, para isso estamos propondo ao Senhor como Presidente da FIFA, um Projeto de Educação para a Paz, Saúde, Esportes, Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade, para serem utilizados já nessa Copa do Mundo, para que possamos implantar com exclusividade nas Capitais Brasileiras onde estão localizadas as 12 Arenas onde serão disputados os jogos.

Sabe o senhor também que os investimentos que foram colocados nas Arenas foram principalmente dos Governos Federais, Estaduais e Municipais, para que possamos fazer um grande campeonato de futebol, mas  para isso muitos dos recursos que poderiam ser destinados a Saúde, Educação, Segurança dos Brasileiros, foram destinados aos Investimentos em Infraestrutura das Cidades Sedes dos Jogos, como  Infraestrutura nos Aeroportos,  Vias Rápidas dos Aeroportos ao Centro das Capitais, Capacitação de Jovens para atenderem os Turistas que virão assistir aos Jogos, Segurança e Mobilidade Urbana.

Mr.Blatter,  o senhor tem acompanhado pela imprensa Brasileira com relação aos protestos com relação aos investimentos nas Arenas, e agora muitos que sofrem por falta de assistência em saúde, educação, segurança, querem  esses serviços com Padrão FIFA, já que uma semana antes dos jogos as Arenas serão transferidas para a FIFA, que comandará durante a realização dos Jogos.

Mr.Blatter, para isso estamos oferecendo a FIFA, um Projeto de Educação para a  Paz, Esportes, Saúde, Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade, onde iremos capacitar inicialmente todas as Escolas do entorno das Arenas, e utlizar os espaços de integraçao dentro das Arenas como um Legado ao Povo Brasileiro para nosso projeto de Educaçao, principalmente as Crianças e Jovens das Periferias que irão crescer sem nunca terem pisado ou assistido um Jogo da Copa do Mundo, mesmo os Jogos dos Campeonatos Brasileiros, porque eles não tem recursos financeiros para isso. Com nosso Projeto poderemos capacitar as Escolas, Universidades, Sociedade Civil organizada, principalmente com relação a Educação para a Sustentabilidade, que iremos propor aos próprios patrocinadores da FIFA, para que se juntem a nos e que possamos deixar um legado da FIFA, como modelo para todo Povo Brasileiro que é Cordial,Pacifico e Hospitaleiro.

Essa parceria contará com os grandes patrocinadores da FIFA, porque eles poderao contabilizar em seus Balanços e Relatorios com Investidores que contribuiram nao só durante os jogos, mas com o legado da Copa. Segundo a imprensa Brasileiras os lucros da FIFA serao aproximadamente de US$ 4 bilhões  livres de impostos que entram para os cofres de sua entidade e que o Ônus ficará para as cidades onde muitos dos Estádios não terão platéias depois da Copa do Mundo, e não poderemos ter também as Arenas construídas com Padrão FIFA, ficando conhecidas como uma  Ilha de Riqueza, banhada por um Mar de Pobreza que são as periferias nas grandes Capitais Brasileiras.

Posso dizer que se efetuarmos essa parceria, poderemos inclusive ter uma aprovação do Governo Brasileiro e também das Cidades onde se realização os jogos, porque principalmente com relação ao Lixo Urbano que o Brasil hoje produz que são 270.000 toneladas somente 4% são recicladas, a Mega Cidade de São Paulo não recicla mais de 3% e o Rio de Janeiro mais de 3%, indo todos os resíduos para os aterros sanitários já esgotados pela imensidão de lixo que são colocados muitos a céu aberto e sem nenhum tipo de tratamento.

Educaremos para o Esporte, e nele colocaremos para nossas crianças e jovens das periferias, depois envolveremos as comunidades para dizer da importância do Esporte, sem o Racismo que envergonha a todos em todo mundo e o senhor sabe bem disso como os jogadores se sentem traumatizados quando sofrem esse tipo de preconceito, mesmo passados 50 anos do Celebre Discurso de Martin Luther king em Washington I Have a Dream ,citou que um dia as pessoas serão julgadas pelo seu caráter e não pela cor de sua pele. Educando para a Saúde, evitaremos que as nossas crianças sejam contaminadas pelo mosquito da dengue, pois elas irão virar multiplicadores de nossa causa, já que pelas praticas de higiene podemos evitar a contaminação de doenças contagiosas com a simples lavagem das mãos.

Essas nossa proposta pode ser colocada em pratica de imediato para as 12 Capitais Brasileiras e depois a todo Pais, e levaremos também a África do Sul que foi sede da Copa em 2010 e lá utilizaremos os espaços para todo o continente Africano, com o uso de tecnologias para integrarmos as crianças, jovens e comunidades nas Redes Sociais como o Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google, Yahoo, e levaremos o projeto ao Secretario Geral da ONU, Mr.Ban Ki-Moon, e depois a Unesco em Paris, para que sejam colocados em todas Escolas, Universidades do Mundo, podendo assim tornar as cidades mais Educadas, Humanas, Inovadoras e Sustentáveis.
