Ao Secretariado da Convenção-Quadro das Nações Unidas sobre Mudança do Clima (UNFCCC)

Ao Embaixador Dr. Andre Correa do Lago. M.D. Presidente da COP30 no Brasil.

Aos Líderes Mundiais, Governos Locais e Sociedade Civil Global,

A humanidade vive um momento decisivo. Após duas edições da Conferência das Partes, COPS, 28 e 29,  marcadas pela liderança dos produtores de petróleo, a COP30, a ser realizada no Brasil em novembro , na Amazônia, tem o potencial de se tornar um marco histórico ao se consagrar como a COP da Floresta.

Inspirado por esse momento único, o ecologista José Pedro Naisser, Criador da Plataforma na Luta pela Regeneração do Planeta Terra, uilizando a Educaçao para a Paz, Esportes, Saude, Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade, como pilares para esse grande desafio.

Jose Pedro Naisser é Integrante da  Equipe do Dr. Al Gore, na luta contra o Aquecimento Global,  Membro da Equipe do Lorde Nicholas Stern, na Luta contra as Mudanças Climáticas, e Voluntário na Equipe do Comandante Jacques Cousteau, durante a Eco92, tem também o apoio do grande Diretor James Cameron, que pelo Planeta Terra e o Meio Ambiente, devemos erguer nossas cabeças e levantar nossas vozes em sua defesa.

Thank you for the kind words about me in your article below. I have accepted the challenge to try to raise consciousness around the world about this great crisis which is upon us. Most people are not listening, but we must raise our voices. I am still trying to decide the best ways for me to be effective in this fight (aside from making more Avatar movies, which I am now starting to do).

A proposta é clara:

Promover rearborização urbana massiva, criando corredores verdes e áreas de convivência nas cidades;

Integrar crianças, jovens e comunidades no plantio de árvores, com apoio educacional baseado em nossa plataforma;

Valorizar e aprender com os povos indígenas e comunidades tradicionais, guardiões milenares da biodiversidade e da floresta;

Estabelecer uma aliança entre educação, meio ambiente e saúde pública, formando cidadãos conscientes e agentes de transformação.

Esta é uma convocação global. O Planeta Terra nos pede ajuda, A floresta chama, A educação responde, A Natureza e a Vida lhes agradecem.

Vamos enviar esse desafio a Sua Santidade o Papa Leao XIV, para darmos continuidade a Enciclica do Papa Francisco, Laudato Si, e utilizarmos o legado do grande Estadista Nelson Mandela, que disse que as armas mais poderosas que temos para salvar o mundo,é a Educaçao.

Contamos com o apoio de todos — nações, instituições, empresas, educadores e cidadãos — para tornar a COP30 o início de uma nova era: onde cidades e florestas caminham juntas pela sustentabilidade planetária.

Com esperança e compromisso, vamos agora  em busca das pessoas que verdadeiramente querem um mundo melhor, o mundo precisa de protagonistas, voce poderá ajudar em muito, pelos servicos ambientais que recebe do Planeta Terra, como agua, energia, oxigenio,  alimentos e habitat, nos ajude o tempo chegou.

To World Leaders, Local Governments and Global Civil Society, 

Humanity is living a decisive moment. After two editions of the Conference of the Parties, COPS, 28 and 29, marked by the leadership of oil producers, COP30, to be held in Brazil in November, in the Amazon, has the potential to become a historic milestone by establishing itself as the COP of the Forest. 

Inspired by this unique moment, ecologist José Pedro Naisser, Creator of the Platform in the Fight for the Regeneration of Planet Earth,Using Education for Peace, Sports, Health, Technology and Sustainability as pillars for this great challenge. 

Jose Pedro and Member of Dr. Al Gore's Team in the fight against Global Warming, Member of Lord Nicholas Stern's Team in the Fight against Climate Change, and Volunteer on Commander Jacques Cousteau's Team during Eco92, also has the support of the great Director James Cameron, who for the sake of Planet Earth and the Environment, we must raise our heads and raise our voices in its defense.

With over 40 years of dedication to his cause, now with the construction of his Platform that can be coupled with large companies, governments, streaming, book editions, handouts in all Schools, Universities, Communities of the World, including UNESCO in Paris, proposes that COP30 be the starting point for an unprecedented global action. 

We know today that cities, which occupy only 2% of the Earth's surface, are home to 65% of the world's population and are responsible for more than 70% of global greenhouse gas emissions. However, they have the power to become living solutions to climate change. 

The proposal is clear: 

Promote massive urban reforestation, creating green corridors and living areas in cities; 

Involve children, young people and communities in planting trees, with educational support based on our platform; 

Value and learn from indigenous peoples and traditional communities, ancient guardians of biodiversity and the forest; 

Establish an alliance between education, the environment and public health, forming conscious citizens and agents of change. 

This is a global call. Planet Earth asks us for help, the forest calls, education responds, Nature and Life thank you. 

Let us send this challenge to His Holiness Pope Leo XIV, to continue Pope Francis' Encyclical, Laudato Si, and to use the legacy of the great statesman Nelson Mandela, who said that the most powerful weapon we have to save the world is Education. 

We count on the support of everyone — nations, institutions, companies, educators and citizens — to make COP30 the beginning of a new era: where cities and forests walk together for planetary sustainability. 

With hope and commitment, let's now look for people who truly want a better world, the world needs protagonists, you can help a lot, through the environmental services you receive from Planet Earth, such as water, energy, oxygen, food and habitat, help us, the time has come.
