Dilma, entramos então naquilo que poderemos fazer com absoluta exclusividade no Brasil e um projeto que poderemos levar a ONU ao Secretario Geral Ban Ki-Moon, e a Diretora Geral da Unesco em Paris, onde pelo Projeto “O Despertar da Consciência”, educaremos os 6,8 bilhões de Seres Humanos, Educaremos de uma só vez pela Transversalidade na Educação para a Paz, Saúde, Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade, com isso agregaremos nosso projeto ao Social, Econômico, Tecnológico e Ambiental, cujo projeto está pronto para ser colocado em prática e só Deus sabe o porque de tudo isso ele chegará primeiro as Suas Mãos como um Desafio para melhorarmos a Educação, Saúde, Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade do nosso Brasil.

Posso dizer que de imediato poderemos contar com o Apoio de todas as Grandes Empresas, Jornais, Revistas,Televisões,Redes Sociais, Sociedade Civil Organizada, Escolas, Universidades Publicas e Privadas Ongs, Multinacionais, Prefeituras, Estados, Multinacionais como Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola ,Ambev, Braskem, Tetra Pack,Organizações como, CNI, ABIR, ABRE, APRAS, ABIHPEC, ABRAS,FEBRABAN, muitas das Empresas que desenvolvem em seus Institutos as suas Ações Sociais isoladamente, porem com nosso projeto teremos a União de todas, para que possamos colocar em pratica coletivamente, caso especifico das embalagens dessas das Gigantes no Mercado de Cervejas, Refrigerantes,longa Vida e Produção de Plásticos caso da Braskem e que podem ajudar em muito na reciclagem, e se for do seu parecer poderemos colocar junto com o “PAC da Pobreza”, que será lançado em março no próximo mês. Para isso estou disposto a ir até ai em Brasília e ser recebido por V.Excia, para informarmos como devemos colocar em pratica e integrar todos os seus Ministérios, Empresas Publicas, Privadas, Principalmente as Redes de Supermercados, CNI, e com isso já iniciarmos principalmente pela Reciclagem do Lixo, que será o maior beneficio a todos os Catadores, Coletores, Cooperativas de Reciclagem, que se chamarão pelo nosso Projeto, Recicladores e Amigos do Meio Ambiente, por um Selo Ecológico iremos mudar de uma vez por todas a forma do Ser Humano fazer que cheguem as Cooperativas via Supermercados o material reciclável que numa primeira fase de 50% pela Logística Reversa, deixarão de ir para os lixões e aterros sanitários em todo Brasil, numa segunda fase 90 dias depois chegaremos a 75% e depois 90%, ficando para o lixo úmido e orgânico 10%, como o lixo de cozinha e lixo de banheiro. O mundo inteiro ira acompanhar a entrega do Oscar o documentário Lixo Extraordinário, onde o aterro no Rio de Janeiro é mostrado como uma forma de sobrevivência dos que catam o Lixo, porem em 2012, pelo nosso projeto um grande documentário ira mostrar a importância da Reciclagem no Brasil e no Mundo.

Lamentavelmente temos nos unido e nos solidarizado sempre pela Dor, Tsunamis na Ásia, Katrina, Catarina, Terremotos Afeganistão, Chile, Haiti, deslizamentos no Rio, mas é o tempo agora de nos unirmos pelo Amor a Vida a Biodiversidade, ao respeito às Cidades daí a melhoria da qualidade de vida, esse é o tempo que propomos a V.Excia, o tempo do Despertar da Consciência. Esse projeto poderá ser colocado em pratica de imediato e iremos beneficiar os 5.568 Municípios Brasileiros, reduziremos o valor pago pelo transporte, coleta e deposição nos aterros e lixões a céu aberto em todo Brasil, com a ajuda das Prefeituras, Governos Estaduais,Comunidades e Sociedade Civil Organizada, e em beneficio da geração de Emprego e Renda para os Milhões de Recicladores que em suas Cooperativas terão as orientações e capacitações para a reciclagem.

Segundo dados do MMA, a produção diária de lixo em todas as cidades Brasileiras chegam a 161 mil toneladas, e na sua maioria 60% vão direto para os Lixões, 30% para os aterros sanitários que estão com suas capacidades esgotadas, somente 5% vão para a reciclagem, os Lixeiros e Catadores de papel, serão chamados em nosso Projeto de “Recicladores e Amigos da Natureza”, com isso serão beneficiados com a geração do material reciclável que virão das Fontes, que isso direi diretamente a V.Excia, por motivos de sigilo, será a maior mudança na Consciência do Ser Humano com relação a Reciclagem, e a geração de milhões de Empregos no Brasil e Bilhões em todo mundo. A GRANDE INOVAÇAO PROPOSTA.

Será pelo Selo Ecológico que iremos reciclar numa primeira fase 50% do Lixo Domestico, principalmente nas Grandes Cidades com o envolvimento das Escolas, Multinacionais, Prefeituras e Governos Estaduais, esse Selo Ecológico é a Propriedade Intelectual que falamos.

Temos acompanhado pela imprensa escrita, televisada, internet, a grande dificuldade com a reciclagem do lixo no mundo, onde o ser humano produz diariamente 4.000.000, quatro milhões de toneladas, causando aos governantes um gasto aproximado de US$ 6.000.000.000.00 Trilhões de Dólares, para o serviço de coleta, transporte e deposição, sem falarmos de que o Lixo Urbano Produz o Gás Metano e o Chorume que são 21 vezes mais nocivo para o Aquecimento Global que o CO2, produzido pelos veículos automotores a nível de Brasil citamos as cidades de São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte enfim na maioria das Capitais Brasileiras, e ainda mais quando chove muito como foi no mês de janeiro. Os sacos de lixo são os primeiros a entupir as Bocas de Lobo e Galerias Pluviais, sem falar nas tragédias de alagamentos e inundações nas Residências do mais pobres que aparecem na televisão dizendo que perderam tudo, ficando com a vida e a roupa do corpo. Esse projeto poderemos colocar em pratica de imediato em todo mundo, não quero estar sozinho como autor e sim estar ao seu lado como uma Grande Governante que um dia acreditou em uma Pessoa que pensa como a Senhora como erradicar a Pobreza Extrema, nos pensamos na Salvação do Planeta Terra, porque isso somente será possível se colocarmos em pratica esse projeto.

Como falei somente na Educação para a Sustentabilidade, temos os outros 3 Pilares, Educação para a Paz, onde iremos reduzir os índices de Violência Urbana, principalmente entre os Jovens Brasileiros que serão beneficiados pelo Projeto e irão ter e participar de Cursos Profissionalizantes, Técnicos, Universitários na Era do Conhecimento e da Informação, com isso está incluso também um fim das Pixaçoes, Vandalismos em Locais e Prédios Públicos, fim do Bulling nas Escolas, principalmente nas Escolas Publicas que sofrem também pelo Tráfico de Drogas na Escolas.

No Pilar da Educação para a Saúde, beneficiaremos todos os Brasileiros, principalmente os mais pobres que não tem muito conhecimento a respeito de Saúde e Higiene, e já se sabe que mais de 50% das doenças tropicais ou doenças mais comuns elas entram pela falta de higiene na lavagem das Mãos, isso pudemos constatar aqui no Paraná quando tivemos o problema da Gripe Suína, H1N1, causando pânico em milhões de pessoas. Na Educação para a Tecnologia, teremos os recursos principalmente do FURST, e das Empresas de Iniciativa Privada, onde os computadores serão colocados em todas Escolas Brasileiras e nossos alunos terão acesso a essa fantástica ferramenta que é a Era do Conhecimento e da Informação, está incluso os Esportes em todos os Colégios Públicos Brasileiros, mesmo apesar de sabermos que V.Excia tem que fazer alguns cortes no Orçamento conforme foi mostrado no Jornal Folha de São Paulo de 30.1.11, Caderno Poder A4, como a construção de Quadras de Esporte, Creches e Unidades de Saúde principalmente nas periferias das grandes cidades, posso dizer que com a economia como nos gastos com o Combate a Dengue e outras Doenças Tropicais sobrarão recursos para esses Investimentos.

Senhora Presidenta, sabemos das enormes dificuldades que ira enfrentar porem se colocarmos em pratica esse projeto poderemos levar a qualquer Pais do Mundo como uma forma de contribuirmos para reduzirmos o Aquecimento Global e as Mudanças Climáticas, economizaremos Bilhões de Reais dos Recursos que poderão ser alocados para outros Investimentos, mas para isso preciso estar ai em Brasília para explicar a V.Excia e seus Ministros, em caráter sigiloso para que possamos ter a sua confiança.

Albert Einstein, D.C também no seu tempo citou que a Imaginação é mais importante que o Conhecimento, porque ela não tem limites, e de que os grandes Projetos Emergem sempre das Grandes Crises Mundiais, daí aparecem as soluções planetárias que seriam hoje a Inovação pelo nosso projeto O Despertar da Consciência, onde iremos beneficiar o Earth Planet e os 6,8 bilhões de seres humanos, que querem para esta e as gerações futuras um mundo melhor.
