PROPOSTA DE UMA GRANDE PARCERIA DE EDUCAÇAO PARA A PAZ, SAUDE, ESPORTES,TECNOLOGIA  E SUSTENTABILIDADE. 

Inicialmente, quero desejar-lhes todo sucesso na sua gestão frente ao Governo do Rio de Janeiro bem como a toda sua Equipe de Secretários, para que possam resolver grandes problemas de mobilidade urbana, já que o seu Estado será Sede da Copa do Mundo e das Olimpíadas de 2016. 

Senhor Governador, pudemos ver na sua postagem na Rede Social www.twitter.com @LFPezao , onde o senhor cita que tem pouco tempo para resolver os grandes problemas  em 9 meses que é o seu mandato, mas prometeu dar o melhor de si para que os desafios sejam vencidos. 

Ao analisar sua mensagem pudemos ver a sua disposição em ajudar o seu Estado, e dizer que 9 meses é o tempo de gestação de uma vida, e quem sabe possamos fazer a nossa parceria e dar-lhes mais 4 anos de mandato, utilizando nosso Projeto de Educação para a Paz, Saúde, Esportes, Tecnologia e Sustentabilidade, para isso posso dizer que estamos a sua disposição do senhor e de sua equipe. 

Sabemos das enormes dificuldades que o mundo vive hoje principalmente com relação a mobilidade urbana, poluição atmosférica, falta de reciclagem do lixo urbano, e mais ainda agora que irá entrar em vigor a Lei dos Resíduos Sólidos, pela Logística Reversa, porem 90% das Cidades não tem nenhum projeto para colocar em pratica, por essa razão é que poderemos trabalhar juntos, já que o Rio de Janeiro, segundo reportagem do Jornal O Globo, a cidade produz 9.000 toneladas diárias do lixo domestico e  a reciclagem não passa de 3%, e as periferias esse índice é menor  porque tem as dificuldades com as Comunidades, e isso nos poderemos colocar em pratica de imediato, utilizando as próprias empresas geradoras das embalagens e que também poderão se beneficiar do nosso projeto, porque poderão contribuir com a logística reversa, e também com isso reduzindo o volume de lixo que vai para os aterros sanitários de seu estado e que hoje os resíduos produzem o gás metano que polui 25 vezes mais que o CO2. Poderemos também reduzir em milhões os gastos com a coleta, transporte e deposição do lixo no aterro sanitário. 

Senhor Governador, é muito difícil explicar isso, o porquê o senhor teria sido escolhido para colocarmos em prática nosso projeto, inclusive para a Copa do Mundo, onde poderemos implantar via cartilhas, Selo Ecológico, e as empresas é que serão beneficiadas  por estarem ajudando na Sustentabilidade e com isso reduzindo a Nível Planetário o Aquecimento Global e as Mudanças Climáticas, e depois poderemos levar a ONU, e a Unesco, colocando o  Estado do Rio de Janeiro, como o Primeiro Estado a Nível Mundial que irá implantar esse projeto de Educação, para tornarmos todas as cidades do mundo mais Educadas, Humanas, Inovadoras e Sustentáveis. 

Mas para isso preciso ter um contato com o senhor, porque nesse projeto tem a Propriedade Intelectual e os Direitos Autorais, que poderemos negociar junto as grandes Empresas instaladas no seu Estado e que utilizam matéria prima oriundas da Natureza e que depois são transformadas em produtos para o consumo via Indústrias, Super e Hiper Mercados,utilizando a logística reversa para essa grande inovação a nível de sustentabilidade. 

Sabemos que sua agenda é muito corrida, mas uma reportagem do Jornal Folha de são Paulo de hoje o Senhor disse que para mudar essa Violência Urbana que o Rio de Janeiro vive serão necessários investimentos durante gerações para resolver os problemas de segurança como o caso da Maré. 

Poderemos também incluir a Rede Globo de Televisão que tem sua  Sede na Cidade do Rio de Janeiro e que tem mostrado as enormes dificuldades com relação a reciclagem do lixo, agora poderá ser pioneira com relação as soluções para as cidades, Rádios, Jornais, Redes Sociais, Bancos como o Bradesco que detem a conta do Estado do Rio de Janeiro como uma contribuição deles ao Estado e a Cidade do Rio de Janeiro para que volte a ser a Cidade Maravilhosa e cuja parceria e colaboração poderão ser contabilizadas em seus Balanços Patrimoniais como Ativos Intangíveis e Cooperação com o Meio  Ambiente, para reduzir as ações do Aquecimento Global e as Mudanças Climáticas, seus investidores também serão valorizados em suas ações e suas marcas serão valorizadas pelos consumidores e premiados junto a ONU e a Unesco em Paris.

Somente para seu conhecimento, poderemos iniciar de imediato o projeto de Educação para a Sustentabilidade, reciclando 30% de tudo que é produzido do Lixo que se chamará Material Reciclável, colocando o projeto junto as Escolas, Universidades, Corporações e Sociedade Civil Organizada, tendo como exemplo uma comunidade que o senhor poderá escolher para que seja o nosso projeto Piloto, e via escolas, alunos, professores, comunidade, mostrarão que os moradores sobem suas comunidades com o material e lá no alto não irão mais descartar as embalagens, eles descerão as comunidades e colocarão em containeres na entrada da comunidade que em tempo real as cooperativas de cada comunidade levarão para os barracões de reciclagem que serão criados com o auxilio e recursos do BNDES, e incentivo do Governo Federal, criando com isso milhões de empregos e geração de renda a população mais carente, que hoje vive do lixo urbano e que serão chamados de Recicladores e Amigos da Natureza. 

Sabemos que não é fácil, mas sabendo que o senhor poderá acreditar em nos e poderá ser o governador que assumiu o mandato para 9 meses, poderá ter mais 4 anos para completarmos o projeto, que lhes dará premio ao redor do mundo como na ONU, e na Unesco, porque o senhor acreditou que poderemos trabalhar juntos. 

Essa mensagem também será enviada ao Prefeito Eduardo Paes, que também será beneficiado porque a cidade do Rio de Janeiro será exemplo para o mundo inteiro de que pela Educação para a Sustentabilidade, poderemos tornar as cidades do mundo mais Educadas, Humanas, Inovadoras e Sustentáveis. 

Se o grande diretor James Cameron acreditou em nos, precisamos que uma grande cidade acredite também, e essa cidade é a Cidade do Rio de Janeiro e seu Estado, porque poderemos trabalhar juntos e nosso projeto irá virar um roteiro para um grande filme do grande diretor, cujo e-mail está abaixo de sua própria autoria.

Inicialmente, quero dizer que esse convite não é uma coincidência, mas sim o Principio da Sincronicidade, primeiro pela importância de sua entrevista para a imprensa Brasileira na Cidade do Rio de Janeiro aonde veio lançar e divulgar seu novo Filme, Noé, que irá entrar em circuito nacional em nível de Brasil a partir de três de abril de 2014. 

O renomado artista que já participou em mais de 50 filmes, tendo ganhado um Oscar com o Filme O Gladiador, e um grande desempenho em Uma Mente Brilhante, vem agora mostrar ao mundo a respeito de uma Historia Bíblica do Antigo Testamento, onde faz o Papel de Noé, um homem no seu tempo escolhido pelo Criador para cumprir seus desígnios em salvar a Espécie Humana  e com sua Arca, salvar também casais de espécies de animais existentes também no seu tempo, de um grande Dilúvio que inundou a Terra em 40 dias e 40 noites de chuvas e que daria o fim à espécie humana, para que haja um recomeço, sem os vícios e os erros cometidos pelos homens, desde a expulsão do Paraíso do Éden por Adão e Eva. 

Cita em sua entrevista o grande Ator que o filme  vai além da Mitologia e da Historia da Civilização Humana, e que leu a Bíblia Sagrada por mais de 6 meses em busca de uma conexão espiritual para que pudesse fazer da Arca de Noé, uma obra reflexiva para todos os que querem um mundo melhor aqui na Terra e também para mostrar os erros e vícios do ser humano, principalmente com relação aos maus tratos com os animais e a sua biodiversidade. 

Pudemos ver também o respeito e o carinho pelos animais que participam do filme, que são na realidade criados por  efeitos visuais de ultima geração usados pelo Diretor Darren Aronofsky, em lugar que seriam dos animais em ambiente natural, eles preferiram a criação digital, e  em lugar de manter os animais  submetidos ao sacrifício de ficarem horas, dias a disposição da equipe de  filmagens contribuem assim como uma forma reflexiva para todos aqueles que assistirem ao grande filme de que devemos ter um convívio pacifico com os animais e a biodiversidade. 

O Grande efeito da Sincronicidade foi à função  do grande Ator e Diretor terem assistido dias antes, uma missa no Vaticano rezada por sua Santidade o Papa Francisco, e que lhes deu muita fé para que o filme seja uma Obra Reflexiva para todos os Seres Humanos aqui na Terra. 

Russell Crowe, grande ator é também conhecido por seu talento dramático quanto por seu temperamento intempestivo, como suas participações nos filmes como O Gladiador e Uma Mente Brilhante, além de outros que participou. Revelou ainda o grande ator que agora quer dirigir seus próprios projetos porem com temas que sejam voltados sempre para a reflexão dos seres humanos junto a Sétima Arte. 

A GRANDE PROPOSTA PARA UMA PARCERIA EM FAVOR DO PLANETA TERRA, ALEM DA ARCA DE NOÉ.

Muitos homens e mulheres serão convidados para a grande jornada, que agora não podemos mais ser espectadores e sim protagonistas da grande mudança que o mundo precisa, e mostrarmos que seguindo os desígnios do Criador poderemos passar para a historia não mais nos unindo pela Dor principalmente pelos Erros cometidos pelos homens e governantes e sim nos unindo pelo Amor, a Natureza e a Vida no Earth Planet. 

Não como a Arca de Noé, que no seu tempo enfrentou o dilúvio de 40 dias e 40 noites, mas sim viajando pela terra, pelo ar e pelo mar, levaremos a todos os continentes o aprendizado de que é possível mudarmos os rumos da historia da humanidade, utilizando a Educação como parte integrante do grande projeto, em beneficio de uma sustentabilidade planetária.

Pouco, ou nada podemos comemorar no  seu dia, que deveria ser de ações praticas em favor das nascentes, matas ciliares, para valorizarmos o liquido precioso que nos garante a própria vida.  Nao sao as Centurias de Nostradamus, mas a agua doce e potável agora é finita, e  seu uso já é tema e disputas que já se transformaram em  de Guerras no Oriente Médio entre Siria, Palestina e Israel, que sao abastecidas pelo Rio Jordao que nasce nas Colinas de Golam. 

Aqui no Brasil, agora também viraram tema de disputas políticas como o caso de Sao Paulo e Rio de Janeiro, pelo Rio Paraiba do Sul, onde quem chegar primeiro irá instalar suas enormes  tubulações para tentar abastecer seus estados que junto contam com  30 milhoes de habitantes,  que agora clamam por agua, o reservatório da Cantareira está com menos de 14,5%, e sem possibilidades de aumento no ciclo hidrico, e nao adianta rezarem e fazerem pajelança,  e pedir a Sao Pedro que os atenda, porque o troco da Natureza será maligno pela sua escassez. 

O bizarro é vermos os governos se degladiano no campo juridico, e que na prática nao investem em Saneamento Básico e despejam trilhoes de litros de esgotos in natura nos nossos rios, principalmente nas grandes cidades Brasileiras como RJ,SP,PR, ficam somente na teoria com os indicadores e diagnósticos para o ano de 2030, e pousam  para os jornais e televisões, em lugar de Educarem a Populaçao para um consumo consciente, onde o que seria na Prática,  oferecemos aos governadores de 3 estados, Geraldo Alkimin de São Paulo, Sergio Cabral do Rio de Janeiro e Beto Richa do Paraná, nenhum acusou o recebimento do nosso projeto. Michael Jackson tinha razao em sua fala: Os Governantes nao ligam para nós.

Hoje 30% é desperdiçado pelos ralos das residências sem nenhum constrangimento da população pelo mau uso, e 33% pelas distribuidoras que não investem em manutenção e conservação de suas redes que perdem bilhões de litros pela logística inversa, onde a água  que passa por 6 fases de tratamento, purificação, decantação,  para que ela chegue a nossa torneira, é desperdiçada pela falta de consciência na sua utilizaçao.

Essa é a grande realidade hoje, onde a Água é tema para documentaristas que possam mostrar a escassez e o desperdício do liquido que nos garante a vida.
