Com  a divulgação dessa importante noticia a respeito das Ondas Gravitacionais, uma nova janela se abre para o Universo, graças também a luta incansável do Físico Kip Thorne um dos responsáveis pela criação do Instituto Ligo nos anos de 1990, e graças a essa descoberta, a humanidade embarca na maravilhosa exploração dos lugares mais extremos do Universo. O renomado Físico Stephen Hawking disse que a descoberta é um divisor de águas e tem um enorme potencial para revolucionar a astronomia.

Os Humanos hoje utilizam os recursos naturais do Planeta em 125%, onde a natureza não consegue sua regeneração, pela utilização em excesso dos seus recursos naturais, com isso temos hoje as conseqüências do Aquecimento Global e as Mudanças Climáticas que já produziram mais de 200 milhões de refugiados do Clima, e bilhões em prejuízos materiais para as cidades que sofrem com os Eventos Extremos da Natureza.

Para esse enorme  desafio utilizaremos também as Redes Sociais, a Mobilidade Virtual, a Imprensa mundial que ajudou na divulgação das Ondas Gravitacionais, em conjunto com os astrônomos dos acontecimentos  previstos por Albert Einstein durante sua Teoria da Relatividade, eles nos ajudarão com nosso projeto que colocaremos em pratica para tornarmos todas as cidades do mundo, mais Educadas, Habitáveis, Humanas, Inovadoras e Sustentáveis.

O BRASIL E O AEDES AEGYPTI.

Vivemos o momento mais difícil para todos os 200 milhões de Brasileiros que são vitimas do Mosquito Aedes Aegypti, que já matou milhares de pessoas e no ano de 2015 no Brasil, 1,6 milhões delas foram infectadas ou notificadas  pela Dengue, Zika Vírus, que causa nas crianças e recém-nascidos a microcefalia e outras complicações neurológicas, além da doença chikungunya, hoje segundo a Organização Mundial de Saúde, esse mosquito já está em mais de 46 Países, principalmente na América Latina, milhões de pessoas estão sendo infectadas diariamente.

Propusemos a nossa Presidente Dilma Rousseff em 2015 nosso projeto dirigido a ela, aos 27 governadores e Prefeitos dos 5.575 Municípios Brasileiros, sem nenhuma resposta, agora em 2016 com o avanço da proliferação do mosquito Aedes Aegypti, o governo federal colocou para ajudar nas grandes cidades Brasileiras, o Exercito, Marinha e Aeronáutica, e Corpo de Bombeiros, alem dos voluntários, que fazem o trabalho de divulgação para a população de fora para dentro de suas residências, onde mais de R$ 2,5 bilhões já foram gastos pelo governo, sem nenhum retorno com relação a redução do mosquito que hoje lamentavelmente se propaga a cada dia, porque das 214.000 toneladas de lixo domestico produzidos pelos Brasileiros, somente 3% são reciclados, o restante são descartados em locais impróprios como aterros sanitários esgotados, ou lixões a céu aberto, prejudicando principalmente as populações mais carentes nas periferias.

Como solução para vencermos essa guerra contra o Aedes Aegypti, propusemos a Presidente Dilma e seus Ministros da Saúde e das Cidades, para que a campanha certa seja com as ações da População e Comunidades, via Escolas, Universidades, com capacitação junto as comunidades,  agindo de dentro de suas residências para fora, usando a Educação para a Sustentabilidade, como a forma de vencermos a guerra e a epidemia de dengue, zica e chikungunya no Brasil e nos Países afetados pela ação ao mosquito nos Paises da América Latina.
