magazine as the Man of the Year 2013 , according to the Magazine Publisher 's
Award of Merit , was that the Lord stood in the center of important debates of

Naisser , makes a proposal to the His Holiness Pope Francisco for the Church to adopt its draft Education for Peace , Health
, Sports , Technology and Sustainability , as the only way to reduce Global
Warming and Climate Change and the end of intolerances Racial , Religious and Immigration we see today in world . For this we will use also the thought and
legacy of the great statesman and Nobel Peace, Nelson Mandela who left his life here
on Earth, citing him that Education is the most powerful weapon you have to
change the world.
I am willing
to go to the Vatican and talk personally with His Holiness and his Cardinals
and say that we can deploy this project in the world , regardless of race ,
color, creed , and we take the UN and UNESCO , as the great contribution of all
those who will support our cause because we have the help of the 7 billion
human beings living in an area of 1 % of the Earth , which put into
practice , can make all the World's Cities most Educates, Humanities, Innovative and Sustainable .
